Boy, 14 in court over mobile thefts using moped in N8, N10 areas
A 14-year-old boy went on a crime spree with an accomplice around Hornsey, Crouch End..., Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court heard.
The boy was found to have 13 mobile phones on him, the Met said. Nine of the mobile phones found in the boy's possession have been returned to their owners. The thefts of six mobile phones and an iPod took place between 13:15 and 14:15 BST on Thursday afternoon.
The Met issued officers with adapted motorbikes to tackle moped crime in 2017.
