Sessions are geared towards new and improving runners – for people with a range of goals, fitness levels, or simply for people who want to join in for recreational or motivational reasons. Sessions vary each week, and are designed to improving your aerobic endurance and running fitness generally. PLUS, we are fun and friendly :)
