Concrete worktops

I'm looking for recommendations for companies who supply concrete worktops.  Seems to be a really hard thing to find.

Any tips/ advice would be much appreciated.

if your feeling intrepid you could try doing it yourself. Lots on line I recall. The worst bit would be polishing - its quite a wet process but the results look great.
