CONIFA is an organisation which organises competitive football matches between parts of the world which do not have FIFA recognition - for a variety of reasons, which the CONIFA website,

Matches are scheduled over the nxt few weeks at Enfield Town and also at Haringey Boro' ground of Coles Park, with the first match being

Barawa v Ellan Vannin

Coles Park Stadium (Haringey Borough FC)

Barawa represents part of Somalia and Ellan Vannin is of course, The Isle of Man, as Manx speakers would see it..

All kinds of exotic places are represented in the tournament.

These matches are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for kids and promise an opportunity to see some football with a slightly different personality to the usual televised fare...

Tuvalu v Matabeleland looks like a good one....
