DPD delivery

HAs anyone else noticed the deliveries from this company have got even worse since wightman rds been closed? So many of their deliveries to me lately have been messed up, or they say theyve attempted delivery when i have been in and sending me photos of tarmac to prove they have attempted delivery. (proves nothing especially When im home waiting for a parcel) ive waited in all day to get texts from them saying 'thanks for requesting to collect your parcel from our enfield depot' when i havent. It seems they are doing everything to avoid the admittedly frustrating traffic round our area. have i just been unlucky or is this a blanket policy amongst their drivers?
