Enfield again -this time fly tipping

Hot on the heels of Enfield's approach to acquiring properties for rent is their "Blow the whistle on flytippers" campaign.

I suppose you might question the morals of putting a bounty on the head of those dumping their bits to be cleared away at the expense of the public but I give this one a big hurray.

I guess the gym equipment could double up as the stocks. There's a misuse I'd approve of!

I'd vote for putting the culprits in those 'slime' machines so loved by the producers of 80s  Saturday morning kids' TV shows. Anyone in the streets affected could get to press the button.
