Excellent, thorough, friendly, committed plumber Neil..
Hello,
Having read so many fab things about Neil, and having been let down by plumbers in the past, I thought I'd see if he could help with my stubborn bathroom taps which everyone else had given up on.
He discussed every option, listened carefully, and fixed them yesterday. He was excellent value, friendly and determined to get the taps done. He also fixed my toilet while he was here.
Anything he needed, he had in his van. How often does that happen?!

We also used Neil last summer, and our experience was totally different. We used him last summer because our hot kitchen tap wasn't working. He recommended fixing it, not replacing it (as we wanted), and left it leaking.
Three days of no shows, not answering phone, after he had agreed to be there, and he finally replaced the tap having charged us for the botched fix and the replacement.
I won't use him again.
Considering that we had previously used Pete the leak (who was brilliant), and we only used Neil because Pete wasn't around, and based on his stellar reviews on here, I wanted to add some balance to these reviews. They are so at odds with our experience of Neil.
