FOUND Tabby/white small female cat N15 area

We have found a small, female, tabby/white cat in the adventure playground at the Markfield Project. See attached photo.

She is very thin and was very hungry. She has been fed and is very affectionate so we think she is a pet and not a stray.

has anyone claimed her yet? have you taken her to the vet to see if she is spayed and microchipped?
