I'll help but only if you promise to vote for my proposals :)

You should see a Post Comment button underneath the comment box (if not try pressing Ctrl- - minus - to zoom out, or else try a different browser)

I was trying to post my own point about the yellow box junctions, which i find more difficult and dangerous than before, when you could cross halfway and wait for a gap to join the other lane. But no 'submit' button.

If you have logged in you should just be able to click anywhere in the green area of the map and a box like this should appear:
