I don't apologise for posting this again as it is so important    a charity should have the lowest admin costs and be the quickest on the scene and have access to the right aid on the spot, so no transport costs or problems about language      with these points in mind, there is no question that ICRC deserves our support    I've seen the work of the Red Cross/Red Crescent in earthquake zones as well as here in the UK so appreciate what they do which is usually mentioned in passing in news bulletins        please check their website
