 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AGM will take place after the Health Watch meeting/Haringey Forum on End of Life Care.

This is a very important meeting for our membership as because of the cuts in funding we are the only remaining one in Haringey working on behalf of the Borough‘s older people and receive no grant to operate.

Our mission:  The Haringey Forum for Older People exists to give the older residents of Haringey a collective voice and to ensure that this voice is heard by those who make decisions regarding services used by older people.  We will get actively involved in influencing any decisions made both locally and nationally that will impact on Haringey’s older community.  We strive to combat age discrimination and to be totally inclusive of all older people irrespective of gender, disability, ethnic origin, marital status, political alliance, religious beliefs and sexual orientation.
