Haringey Leaseholders Association in High Court next week 14th and 15th June

The HLA's judicial review of the decision by Homes for Haringey to scrap support for borough-wide 'umbrella' groups will be heard next week on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th of June at the High Court in the Strand in central London.

The arguments will centre on whether there was adequate consultation carried out prior to the decision, whether the Board was misled over the nature of that consultation at its meeting and whether there was a valid management agreement in place between HFH and Haringey Council at the time.

Please come along and show your support for us as we challenge the quality of consultation in Haringey and fight for leaseholders' right to have a collective voice. At the end of the day this is about respect for residents in general and holding HFH and the Council to account. That is also what the HDV / regeneration / social cleansing issue boils down to in the end.
