Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

He has been missing since Sunday 25th October from Fairbridge Road, N19.  He is 7 years old, neutered and microchipped.  he is very friendly too.  He has a habit of running into people's houses also, so we're hoping someone has taken him in thinking he's lost.  Any small bits of information would be much appreciated.  Thanks

Hope you find Charlie soon, will keep a lookout. What a handsome cat.

Well done for neutering and microchipping him, if only everyone were so sensible. Remember to call the microchip company, tell them he is missing and check that they have your correct contact details.

It often helps to empty some contents of your hoover outside your home (or put out something which has his scent) as he will recognise scent even if quite far away. Flyers are useful, including roads with gardens backing on to your garden. He may have got trapped in someone's house or shed by mistake.

You probably do this anyway, so this is just general advice to other cat owners out there - it's a good idea to lock the catflap at night so that cats are safe inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured.

There are good tips on finding a lost cat on here www.stokeycatsanddogs.co.uk and Stokey are also very helpful with publicising lost pets in North London on their twitter and facebook.

Hi,
My wife spotted a very similar looking cat outside our house in Pemberton Road yesterday - see photo below. She did say he looked very well and healthy but ran up the road. We'll look out for him and try to catch him next time.

Hello!
I saw this cat in our front garden on Pemberton Road yesterday - wondering if it might be Charlie? He was pretty small? Looked to be in good spirits - playing with out hydrangea.

I've also seen a small cat like this on Mattison Rd on Monday or Tuesday, just down from swimming pool on same side. I spoke to a lady who thought it lived at one of the houses there. She told me his name was Toby. I'm pretty sure that he is the same cat in Peter and Rose's photo.

If you are reading this and Toby is your cat, please get him neutered.

Thanks to you all for your concern and efforts.  Toby looks very sweet.  Charlie isn't that kind of glossy tortoise shell, but is tabby and did have healthy fur the last time we saw him.  He has two distinctive black socks on his back feet.  Charlie is also a medium-sized cat.  Toby looks a little smaller than Charlie from the picture - although it's quite hard to tell from photos always.  We have put up lots of flyers, put stuff outside for scent, put posters up and notified Petlog that he is missing. Thank you all for your time.  Information about any other sightings would be greatly appreciated also, even if it goes nowhere.  Tara
