Following all the Banksy publicity, we're getting a veritable street art menagerie on the fringes of the 'hood this Spring.  After the Turnpike Lane Foxy the other week, Julia Bell now brings us news via our Facebook page of the Langham Place Horse beneath the Shephard Fairy.
