Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

If it lifts an entire front page story from eg a local forum, without attribution, is that OK?  Or are they just striking a mighty blow against The Man?

Pam, thanks, are you sure this was copied from HOL?

I read the article yesterday after one of my neighbours passed me their copy of the Morning Star (that is not my normal paper). The article quotes Cllr Alan Stanton in several places but principally it quotes a Mr Paul Burnham, Haringey tenant and Defend Council Housing campaign group member.

I'm sure a lunch on the Clara One would have made a nice break toward the tail end of winter.

If true, the story is an eye-opener and an eyebrow raiser.

I understand that the cost for the Cannes trip has been claimed not to have been paid for out of the public purse, but was paid for by the developer. If this is so, does it make the circumstances of the French Riviera sojourn better ... or worse?

It is sure to raise questions on several levels.

It's taken wholesale from this post, and the one referred to there.  I recommend that Paul Burnham invoices them, I'm going to look up the NUJ rates per 100 words.  It's one thing to lift a whole story, but they could at least pretend to acknowledge that they did absolutely no work for it.

Wow that's outrageous and ridiculous. By the way if you're exercised by issues of dishonesty and injustice then you might want to reconsider representing a party dedicated to the promotion of both of them.
