Initial Feedback from the First Harringay Traffic Study Stakeholder Group

Last night was the first meeting of the stakeholder group for the Harringay traffic study.

Resident representatives were:

• The Gardens Residents Association
• Hermitage Road Residents Association
• The Ladder Community Safety Partnership Traffic Sub-Committee
• Woodlands Park Residents Association
• Haringey Cyclists
• Harringay Online
• Harringay Ward councillor (The Ladder or West Harringay)
• St Anns Ward Councillor (St Ann's includes the central and northern parts of East Harringay - The Gardens and Woodlands Park areas).

Other attendees were officers and the group chair Cllr Peray Ahmet (Haringey's Traffic supremo)

The first part of the meeting was spent discussing group membership.

The remaining part of the meeting was principally the consultants outlining plans for the rest of the process, including those for community consultation. I won't go through those at this stage but will wait until the presentation used last night is available, which I'm assured is imminent.
