Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The Lammy house hold are on the move. Several removal vans outside, all with parking tickets on of course. Maybe someone will be able to let us know if our MP is staying in Harringay or even Haringey. Could this be inspired by a need to be near a certain school? Surely not!

I heard he is moving to the other side of the tracks. Obviously has more faith in Lynn Feaherstones constituency.
no really ... (faints with surprise!)
good riddence !!!

Or is he downsizing in preparation for his election defeat ?
It's riddance.

I imagine he could earn a lot more as a lawyer.
I'm very pleased for David, who has been a nice neighbour, that he will soon be enjoying the benefits of living in a constituency with a Lib Dem MP and in a ward with three Lib Dem councillors.

If only he had been willing to wait a year, though, he would have been able to enjoy all of these benefits without having to endure the hassle of moving.

Nice one, David! Pity to lose Falkland's political balance though. Did I hear earlier in the year that Sean Sullivan was in need of a local constituency residence?
I'm with John .. It's very easy to be smug .. If he was only in it for the money, he'd have chosen another profession.. and his house doesn't come with the job.. so he's entitled to move.. if he so desires..

Don't see what so newsworthy about it..
If he was a Tory MP Stephen you'd be the first to berate him.

I don't think it's a great advert for his constituency if he shows no faith in it. I would expect all MPs to live within their constituency, what good for the goose and so on.

MPs earn enough via other means on top of their basic so let's not pretend their on the breadline, like a lot of his ex-neighbours in the east of the borough

These red tory bunch don't want to practice what they preach just the same as Diane Abbot. Bring back old Labour!
I thought MPs were required to have a residence in their constituency, not the somewhat posher one next door? .... he must have one of if not the safest seats in the country so can't be expecting to lose it at the election!
If he still owns the one in Harringay, he may be fulfilling his obligation? He does have a majority but this is dwindled over the years with LD now in second.
Thought it was a must that All Labout MP's must flip homes @ least once a year
to Gain their Tax Free perks

Especially with a Election coming - Which Labour Might loose.............
Thanks for the spelling correction john, thats harringey schooling for you under dirty labour.
Personally i hope he will soon become a lawyer again, i have written to his web address a number of times on various issues without reply.
