Lawnmower and/or a hedgetrimmer WANTED

Hi, 

we are moving to a house with a garden on friday and are looking for a lawnmower and a hedge trimmer- ideally the lawn mower would have a little grass pick up thing at the back ( no idea on the technical term!) . 

If anyone has anything in good working order that they would like to sell/ or donate please let me know, we live on the Harringay ladder at the mo and could pick up one evening or at the weekend,
