Lawnmower and Pressure Washer wanted

Spring has Sprung and it is time to pimp up my rather sad looking garden and the decking could also do with some TLC.
Trouble is, my trusty Flymo has bitten the dust. She has served me well the past 2 years since I inherited her from Aunty Susan who had probably been using her a few years but I think she is now clapped out,refusing to work and just growling at me. So if anyone is thinking of offloading a Flymo type that works well with a powerful motor, give me a shout please. Or,indeed,if you know of someone who fixes lawnmowers I would like to have their contact details too.
The Decking, O Dear, needs a good clean followed by application of that non slip oily stuff. Now that I have an outside tap (Thanks Mirko) I would like to tackle this myself with a Pressure Washer first and give it a much needed clean. Anyone got one for sale or going free in good working order?
I don't want to borrow either of the above in case I may damage them. I would be mortified.
