Lodger search

Hello

I am looking for a lodger to join us in our lovely house on the Gardens. My husband is away from September for a few months and so I'd be willing to negotiate reduced rent in return for a bit of babysitting and possibly a couple of school drop offs. The lodger would be joining me and my two little boys, aged 5 and 2. We have a brand new, double attic room spare. The rent would be around £700, but I'm open to negotiations for the right person.
