Looking for a 2 bed flat

Hi!

Do you have a two bedroom flat that's missing two loving residents? I'm a 30+ professional in the city (I won't bore you with the details) with a 7-year-old daughter. I can provide work/landlord/priest/etc references. As my daughter goes to school locally (Crouch End ) and my company has acquired my soul, you can have us forever or until I can afford a mortgage, whichever is shorter (but min. of 6 months). We're not quite cool enough to host parties, neither do we shed hair or bite furniture.

My budget is max. 1,300, so while this might not get us a bike shed in Crouch End, I'm happy to go a bit further (e.g. N22,N15) as long as we don't have to take the plane every morning.

As soon as I mention a child, agencies seem to think housing benefits are involved. Sadly, they are not. Housing benefits are categorically against city consultants, no matter how underpaid, as much as agencies are against single mums, no matter how overpaid.
