Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Looking for more info on Tony or 'Winkel' and his DC tea bar ...

A little search on Google pulls up the BBC Domesday Reloaded project and a local character called Tony.

A post on our facebook page suggest he may also have had the nickname 'Winkel' ...

can anyone expand on this?

Thanks to a friend on our facebook page, we found this little tv clip, it might feature the tea bar. Blink and you'll miss it, but i think it's there in the background.
