Lost cream cat - Allison Road N8
He's a BIG cream (light yellow) British Shorthair (no collar / neutered / microchipped) who's extremely friendly but not at all streetwise (house / own garden cat).

Will keep a lookout, what a handsome cat. Well done for neutering and microchipping him, if only everyone were so sensible.
Remember to call the microchip company, tell them he is missing and check that they have your correct contact details.
Empty the contents of your hoover outside your home - he will be attracted by the scent, even from far away. Lots of flyers are useful and knocking on doors of people with gardens near yours.It's good that you've put his details on Animal Search.

There are also useful tips here on what to do if your pet is missing www.stokeycatsanddogs.co.ukYou probably do this anyway, so this is just general advice to other cat owners out there - it's a good idea to lock the catflap at night so that cats are safe inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured.

Hi Justine, many thanks for the reply and guidance - all very appreciated.
We finished putting up a few notices around the surrounding area yesterday and have now knocked on the more likely houses on our road and the next.
No sign of Frankie yet...
