This is a lovely cosy room in a 1930s house. Shared kitchen and bathroom Large garden. 9 mins from Piccadilly line tube (Turnpike Lane). Walking distance to Wood Green high street and 2 cinemas. 20 mins on tube to Covent Garden and near several parks. Available for min 6 months. 2 weeks' deposit (£180) and rent paid weekly in advance (£90pw). Bills (gas, electric, wifi) included. Shared kitchen and bathroom (sorry no shower, bath only). This would suit someone who is working in town and needs somewhere close to the tube. Single professional non smoker with refs please. House is to share with myself and my 13 year old son (whom you will barely see!). We are semi veggie, into healthy eating and the garden.
