Lovely double room to rent in house on the Ladder

Hello,

We have a lovely double room that overlooks our garden to rent in our lovely Victorian house on the Ladder. The room comes furnished and has space for more if needed. We have a huge kitchen and dining area (with two fridge/freezers and a drinks fridge) and a living room, bathroom with bath/powerful shower, garden and an attic for storage. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week.

There are 4 of us and the new tenant would be the 5th housemate. Our ages range from 27 to 30 but we are open minded about our new housemate - as long as they are a professional and not a student. We are friendly and laid back.

The room is available now but the move in date wouldn't have to necessarily be now (we are slightly flexible) but need it filled by March ideally. We are managed by an estate agent so references/credit check will be done.
