Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

If you're umming & arring about going to Lumiere tonight/tomorrow tonight ... do go, it's worth while. Start with Kings Cross where the Circus projection 'story' is 20mins long, at Granary Square. Plenty of other smaller installations to see around there too.

After that suggest getting Vic line to Green Park and going to St James Sq, along Piccadilly, Leicester Sq and Trafalgar Sq. We arrived at KX at 7pm & ended the evening at 10pm using Leicester Sq tube for home.

Crowds weren't too bad & certain roads like Piccadilly and Regents St are closed to traffic which makes things a lot easier. Wrap up warm.

Clearly very popular last night as word spreads. Check #LumiereLDN for updates if you're intending to go tonight.

Thanks for posting this Matt, I went tonight and it was extremely busy around Kings Cross though the wider streets in the West End were able to accommodate the crowds more easily. It was worth the visit though I think that tonight was the last night. As it was so successful perhaps they'll make it an annual event.

It was a nightmare, massive crush of people looking at what was in Leicester Square, an embarisment of low tech uninspired nonsense.

Shame really, was a good idea. Amazing how many people were into the idea generally though.
