Nanny-share or childminder

Hello,

We are looking for a local nanny-share or childminder for our baby (10 months old) and, sometimes, our 3 year old as well. The hours are quite flexible as I work freelance, and we are definitely keen on a nanny share if anyone else is looking for something similar. We are based on the ladder and the children can be looked after here if that helps.
