Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
New River pollution
The new River is in a terrible state this morning. It looked really stagnant and polluted. Dead fish were floating around. Very sad indeed. This is the view from the bridge by the baseball ground.

This is likely to be caused by the burst water main earlier in the week and the subsequent flooding as a result. More here about it

This flooding. I tried to upload photos that morning but wasn't able to due to a ning glitch. The water quality looks really bad today.
