Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

What's happening

From the middle of June, our waste collection will made if FOUR ways:

  1. Regular, non recyclable house hold waste - fortnightly

  2. Dry recyclables (paper, card,  metal, plastic, etc) - weekly

  3. Food and garden waste (including bones) - weekly

  4. Free bulky waste collection service (items that can be reused or recycled including mattresses) - on demand via Veolia Contact Centre.

To enable this you'll be getting:

  1. 240 litre wheelie bin for recycling more. You can also elect to receive a smaller bin or if you do not have space to store a wheelie bin you will be provided with green sacks for your dry recycling. (If you're not sure what the dimensions of the bins are, see below).

  2. Six month supply of biodegradable food waste bags to line your kitchen caddy.

More detailed information will arrive with your new wheelie bin or green sacks.
