Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Notice of receipt of applications for a Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum in Crouch End

From Haringey Council: 

A Crouch End community group has applied to Haringey Council to set the boundary of a neighbourhood area and to be formally designated as a neighbourhood forum, in accordance with Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012.

The Council is now seeking views and comments on the applications from residents and other interested stakeholders. The consultation begins on the 19th October and all responses must be submitted by Friday 27th November 2012.

The applications show the area in which the group intends to use neighbourhood planning powers, and the prospective forum who propose to write a Neighbourhood Plan. Representations should consider whether the neighbourhood area and the neighbourhood forum are appropriate to be designated. . E.g. do you identify with the proposed neighbourhood area? Do you agree with the purpose and role of the proposed Neighbourhood Forum?

The applications are available to view at www.haringey.gov.uk/neighbourhood_planning or River Park House (6th Floor), Wood Green, N22 8HQ, the Civic Centre, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8LE, between 9am and 5pm, local libraries.
