Lot's of good properties to see around the local area especially for those who regularly ask on the site about rear extensions, side returns, internal modifications and loft conversations, or just exciting new builds. I would tip:

Haringey

13 Burgoyne Road, N4 1AA - Good for ladder residents who plan something similar

24A Dorset Road, N22 7SL - New build with great internal spaces

66-68 Stapleton Hall Road - New build but pre book only

Music Studio, 86A Florence Road - I'll be a volunteer here from 10 till 13

Weston Park Extension, N8 9SY - Extension

Mayfield Road, N8 9LL - Extension and side return I have visited before which shows how you can open up the kitchen and dining space to the garden. Good use of glass.

Hackney

Plenty of good things in Stoke Newington and beyond.

The Studio, Neville Rd, N16 8SR - Visited this converted mews last year and shows what you can do in a tight building by using space and materials wisely.

Enjoy!

Islington

Otts Yard, Southcote Rd, N19 5FB - New build on challenging brownfield backland site featuring green roof.
