Optician recommendations

Hi

I have need to find a new opticians. I have been with Boots for years but have finally decided to leave because their service is terrible. I need someone good who deals with both glasses and contact lenses. Any local experience please?

Have you tried our local opticians, the Optical Shop? Well worth a try.

I'll second the Optical Shop.  They were fantastic with my son when he went for an eye test.  Very professional and organised.  Great service.

We go to the observatory in Muswell Hill. The optician is exceptional and Greg who runs the store is a jolly northerner with very good taste in glasses .

Try CH Lim opticians (Crouch End Broadway). Excellent customer service and decent prices. Customers come from afar to have their eyes checked by him. Highly recommended.
