Problems with the Site
There seems to be serious problems with the site this Saturday morning.
It is night time in California, where the servers are based (I presume) and I think there is some sort technical work going on..
Three things, plus I mail I sent were deleted.
Perhaps HoL admin knows more?

There seems to be something going on with comments saving correctly. It happened for me earlier with a response to my pigeon post.

I'm not sure if Admin have noticed this..
But there still is a problem with posting comments. Notice the amount of double postings in the last couple of days.
New postings seem to get stuck in the uploading mode.

Yes I've had that too, but if I clicked the browser refresh button (first copying for safety the text I'd created) I found that it had safely posted after all, 'behind' the rotating icon. A few other things have been running slowly or erratically this past half hour or so, but it seems back to normal now. I suppose the servers on the US west coast get housekept at 0300 local time.

Yes there's still an issue. At the moment that there's a strong chance that when a post or comment is added, the screen doesn't refresh to confirm the action: only the spinning wheel displays suggesting nothing has happened. So people are understandably repeating the action. I've reported it and hope it will be dealt with soon.
It seems like Ning are going through a bad period.
