Recommended tradesmen for house renovation please
Repainting inside, 3 floors, all rooms.
Take out and refit new kitchen cupboards, surface and sink. And possibly floor.
Retile 2 x bathroom floor and walls, take out bath and replace with a walk-in shower.
Remove carpet and either replace or paint floorboards on stairs, landing and 2 x bedrooms.
Looking for quotes and timeframes.
Any recommendations for reliable, local companies.

Hi Sarahrs. You could give David O'Doherty a ring on 07830119421 who will always give sound and reliable advice even if you don't use him. He normally does refurbs that start with structural changes such as extensions, removing/replacing walls, chimney breasts & floors etc, but he and his team undertake the complete package including major interior and exterior work. David also does a lot of work with Bela, a superb carpenter, who was recommended to me on HoL, he fitted my kitchen following structural work by David. Following the work on my house David and Bela who clearly appreciate each others work ethic and quality have done a lot together in Haringey and can tackle almost any project. You will also find plenty of other recommendations on HoL and its always best to get a few quotes. Good luck.
