Signs of Spring: February

Has anyone spotted any early signs of Spring yet?

In my front and back gardens, bulbs are pushing up green shoots almost overnight, and the chives, that I thought had withered and died, are pushing up vigorous green stalks in the veg bed.

Out in the little patch of pavement that I tend, crocuses (those that survive the trampling of paws) are out and looking beautiful.
