Hi Ruth......I have single room to let. It is advertised on spareroom.com ref no. 3798298. Have a look if you're interested. Available from 15/06/15. 

I have been letting a spare room for several years to all sorts of people so am used to sharing my flat.

I have a 2 bed ground floor flat close to Turnpike Lane tube. It has an eat-in kitchen, sitting room, wet room and sunny garden.

I charge £425 per  calendar month with a months deposit.

Hi Ruth,

I have a room available at the beginning of July in my large beautiful Edwardian house in Turnpike Lane.

It is tastefully decorated and has a large garden and living room and a well kept garden. I live in the house with three other MA students and professionals. It is close to the tube and buses.
