Update is - we took her to vets today and luckily she is microchipped. Owner's contact details have been notified, but not been able to get in touch with owner yet.

I'm pleased to say that the dog is now happily reunited with her owner. Thank goodness she was microchipped! I wish everyone would microchip their pets.
