Suggestion: Neutral placeholder for removed posts?

Hi HOL admins

I see a few posts have been removed from the Second Referendum thread. This has left some posts I wrote as replies to the wrong posts, referring to things they didn't say.

If a post is pulled after it has been replied to, instead of removing posts altogether is it possible for the system to replace the text with a neutral and anonymous placeholder like "This post has been removed" or "post missing"?

That will still allow people to fully withdraw their posts and/or admins to moderate, but make it clear there is some context missing to subsequent posts.
