Preparation of a Supplementary Planning Document Public consultation on the - Draft Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD):

3^rd November – 15^th December 2017

The London Borough of Haringey is consulting on its revised Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document and is seeking your views on the content and approach of this document.  

The Draft Planning Obligations SPD consultation document provides guidance on how planning obligations will operate in Haringey when determining planning applications. This is a revision to the existing Planning Obligations SPD which was adopted in 2014.

At this time the revised Planning Obligations SPD is at a draft stage for public consultation.  The representations you make on this document will be taken into account in preparing the final document for adoption. The document is expected to be adopted in 2018.
