Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Falkland Centre on Friday evening and the Salisbury yesterday for lantern making.  There were some fabulous creations - a snippet of which you can see here.  It was a great atmosphere and lovely to see so many people join in with the Christmas creative cheer.

Big thank you to Dave and the team at the Salisbury, North Harringay Primary School PSA and Matt at NHP for providing us with spaces in which to hold the workshops, it is very much appreciated.

Thank you also to Tottenham Grammar School Foundation and Green Lanes Traders Association for providing funding towards our materials.  Lastly BIG thanks to our amazing volunteers for helping out: Petra, Allie, Chanj, Julie, Sally, Celeste and Neil.

We look forward to seeing everyone for the Harringay Lantern Parade next Saturday 28th November at 4pm in Fairland Park (in between Fairfax Rd and Falkland Road) for mulled wine, hot chocolate and Father Christmas, or the Gardens Community Garden or Railway Fields at 4.15pm heading to the Green Lanes lights switch on and the Seymour Rd Christmas market.

Thanks once again to everyone who came along or helped out,

Anna, Gill and Ant - Friends of Fairland Park and Harringay Lantern Parade
