On the 19th July, The Big Lunch are asking the people of Britain to stop what they're doing and sit down to lunch together.
Why? Well, for fun and neighbourliness and to share food, entertainment and decorations that we will have either grown, cooked, or created ourselves.

I think this is the day of London Freewheel.
And as you can see from the picture above, Harringay knows when and how to sit down and have lunch.

And our local get together this year at the newly named Fairland Park (where yes, we know how to share a very yummy lunch!) is planned for 12th July.

Thank you both. I suppose this was a round about way of finding out if we were having a 'do' this year, hence the question mark. Still we have people who are not locals on the site so they might still be interested in the link.
What's interesting is the drive behind it which is to get people thinking about food production and our dependency on overseas produce. The linked article is worth a glance.
