Tree Planting Days in Finsbury Park - This Week - Volunteers Wanted

Finsbury Park is officially within the boundaries of Harringay and this week the Friends of Finsbury Park are looking for help to plant 32 new trees in our biggest green space. 

Planting will be taking place on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th April 2016. Meet just inside the Hornsey Gate (Endymion Rd entrance) of Finsbury Park at 9am (or I'm sure you could turn left and wander down towards the spots shown on the map.)

Tools and gloves will be provided on the day. The planting finish at around 1pm. The group will be in the safe hands of at least two parks operatives to oversee the planting and Alex Fraser, Hringey's Tree & Nature Conservation Manager will be there on Friday morning too.
