Vietnamese restaurant on Green Lanes - can we crowd fund it????

I don't know about anyone else, but I am taunted everyday by the still unopened Vietnamese restaurant by the Salisbury pub.  What is going on with it, and is there anything we can do to help???  If this one isn't going to open, then I think we should set up a local persuasion group to get a Vietnamese place going on Green Lanes.  It would be a very welcome addition to our already wonderful selection of eateries.  Who's joining me for a Bahm mi baguette or a pho or some summer rolls, perhaps?  maybe we can invent some Vietnamese/ Green Lanes fusions e.g. the Harringay roll, or Green Lanes soup?
