Virgin Media Problems?

If you're having problems with your virgin media service this morning on the south part of the ladder, the exchange box outside 39/41ish Pemberton Road is very dead and may be the problem - it's lying on its back and its innards are lying in the base all tangled. Not sure if it's vandalism, weather or a car crashing into it, but it looks terminal. Hope this helps if you need to get your Internet fixed.
