Administrator/Typist (with audio transcription)

Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator with fast audio typing skills to join our growing company based at our office in Harringay, London.

 

The role would suit candidates with previous administrative/office experience and strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Office. Any relevant qualifications and property related experience would be a bonus but is not essential to the role. The right candidate will be happy to ‘pitch in’ where needed and over time will be trained to take on more responsibilities in order to progress within the business.

 

Role and Responsibilities

The majority of the administrators time will be spent typing and compiling property inventory reports transcribing from audio (to be performed at interview).

 

An important part of the role and the remainder of the Administrators time will be spent dealing with potential and existing clients, ensuring any queries and bookings are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner, updating and carrying out marketing, handling all forms of the companies day to day administration tasks including but not limited to preparing, sending and chasing invoices.

Remuneration 

Remuneration will be from £8 per hour dependant on experience, paid monthly on completion of the working month.

 

Hours 

The working hours will be 20 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am to 4pm (the days/hours have some flexibility and can be negotiated. Flexibility is required for completing reports within the required turnaround and for times of high volume, which may contribute to additional hours and or days.
