WG zone day parking vouchers wanted to buy?

I'm having no luck at all - have a visitor with a car who arrived at short notice had wanted a 2 week permit but am now finding it impossible to either get a response via phone customer service (hold /hold/call cut out/ today refusing to accept calls waiting because they are 'experiencing high call demand and unfortunately unable to accept my call'). Sadly I also can't use the promised 24hr access! online application system as mysteriously my applicant number isn't recognised, even though it's the one i used to get my main resident permit. 

argh. Anyway- if anyone does have some  WG zone all day permits they would be willing to sell me - loan and i can replace in a few weeks once Harringey have replied to my emails- please can you let me know? 

other duration permits also gratefully accepted as i'm getting a bit desperate now!
