This is the stuff of nightmares for anyone with heightened insecurity. It would appear that I am a "strong communicator" though Mrs. Joe may offer an insight on that which may include the adjectives "lardy","stubborn" and "moody". Where does that Joe sit on the Clapham Omnibus???
As the mother of two little 'uns, it's enforced chameleon, as I harry said small ones into seats and run over toes with buggy.

However, if I ever have the luxury of a journey alone, I have a tendancy to march up the back and enthrone myself, surveying the bus with a steely eye.
I prefer the luggage compartment or the driver's knee if it's available
I'm sure the driver's knee would be available to you. Some of them need cheering up...:)
I think this reveals more about the personality of the researchers rather than the passengers :-)
This is nonsense, I hardly ever get to sit where I want.
In the drivers seat John?
:O How did you guess? Either that or right above them so I can make sure they give the cyclists enough room ;)
I must say that depends on the mood of the day.
I can be any of that according to the day.
Must admit, I take great pleasure in marching upstairs with child - just to irritate all those superior beings quietly reading on the top deck (obviously staying clear of the back few seats which are always full of dread!). I wonder how this research relates to the bendy bus - insane?
And I thought that everyone wants the front seats upstairs so that they can pretend they are driving.
