It's a decent sized space, I had a look yesterday, a lot is possible. It's on a bit of a slope but nothing some angled wood flooring could not fix, it would then give lots of space for deep planting.
It's a pretty poor show that the council sat on that land for so long and did such little with it in the last six years. What other pieces of prime public owned real estate are they giving to 'guardian' landlords for little to nothing to store their private vehicles in ?
