I haven't had a Friday Ketchup for a couple of weeks.

Is it just me? Or is it HoL's austerity measures?

Have you checked your spam folders? Both in your email programme and on your ISP's server. Also make sure our domain is whitelisted with your mail provider.

In the meantime, you can read the past two weeks' Ketchups online:

It seems ok Hugh (but it's not easy to tell with Virgin Media)

I haven't had a ketchup since 18th September apparently!

Did you check your inbox on virgin's webmail? They say that all mails go into your inbox even if they're being treated as spam.

Well, I got an email telling me you have responded to this, plus I can't see anything in spam or junk, so no (I think). Let's wait till this Friday and see what happens.

I haven't been getting FK either for a couple of weeks. Notifications of replies on posts I'm following seems inconsistent as well. Just been happening in last couple of weeks.

I'm still not getting Ketchup. I think last one I got was 9th Oct. Plus only occasional notifications on posts. I'm with Virgin too. Got my husband to try what you suggested Hugh, will get him to look at it again. Never had a problem before.

Success in that I received one Friday Ketchup on 13th November, (so thought I was back on track as it was the first one I'd received for a month), but I didn't get it on 20th November.
