Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Yoga Parinama- Sound Mandala: Restorative Yoga flow & Sound Bath session -25th Feb (fund-raising event).

Hi all Harringay neighbours,

I'm so delighted to invite you to the 'Lunar Restorative Flow and Sound Bath' session that the local Yoga teacher and musician Yan White (Sound Mandala) and I (Yoga Parinama) will be running on the 25th of February from 2 to 5 pm at the venue on Mattison Road N4 (above the swiming pool).

This will combine my experience of teaching Vinyasa Yoga rooted in Krishnamacharya's tradition and Yan's music, sound journeys and Kirtan.

This session will integrate Lunar-restorative slow flow Vinyasa with live music, followed by a meditative sound journey. Yan works with acoustic instruments and loops, weaving a rich sonic world conducive to deep relaxation and healing.

A beautiful opportunity to experience this unique fusion, recharge your batteries and nourish yourself on a Saturday afternoon.

The funds raised by session, £20 suggested donation, will go towards the Syria Relief Charity. So this will be a doubly rewarding practice as its fruits will go towards a most honourable end.

This event will be open for all levels.
Mats, props and blankets will be provided.

Please book your place by emailing yogaparinama@mail.com
